SEO Collective - September 2026
From Crawl to Context: Grounding Your SEO Agents in the Entire Website

We’re supporting the next SEO Collective Melbourne event, with Leigh Hanney taking the stage at Sportsbet to get properly nerdy about AI agents, website data and SEO.
From Crawl to Context: Grounding Your SEO Agents in the Entire Website looks at a problem a lot of SEOs are starting to run into: AI agents can be incredibly useful, but their output is only as good as the context you give them.
A single page, crawl export or handful of prompts can only tell an agent so much.
Leigh will explore how we can give SEO agents a much deeper understanding of an entire website, helping them reason across pages, entities, topics, internal relationships and site structure rather than analysing URLs in isolation.
Expect a practical look at how site-wide context can make AI-powered SEO workflows more useful, including:
- Moving beyond page-by-page AI analysis
- Building a usable understanding of an entire website
- Giving agents better context around topics, entities and page relationships
- Using crawled website data as grounding for SEO agents
- Where AI agents can genuinely help SEO workflows, and where human SEO judgement still matters
If you’re experimenting with Claude, ChatGPT, custom agents or AI-assisted SEO workflows, there should be plenty here to take away and test.
We’ve pushed the event back slightly to Tuesday 22 September 2026 to give everyone a bit more notice and hopefully get as much of Melbourne’s SEO community along as possible.
