Optimising is a certified B Corporation, meaning we have proven our commitment to balancing profit with a purpose to create a more sustainable and inclusive economy.
Being a B Corporation means that we are part of the limited ranks of Australian businesses (less than 480) who meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability.
To become officially certified, we had to prove that we truly value our employees, community and the environment through a complicated process which involved B Lab evaluating our operations, business model, supply chain, and environmental impact. This means demonstrating how we strive to create a positive impact through our client work, philanthropic efforts (such as our 1% for the Planet commitment), and our culture.

At Optimising, our values and beliefs have always set the tone and approach to our business. Brick Lane Brewing makes sustainable brewing delicious! With their state of the art brewery and plastic-free packaging, we enjoy their various beers knowing that the environmental impact is much reduced without compromising on taste!
Heaps Normal is our non-alcoholic beer of choice at Optimising to give our team more options when it comes to Friday arvo knockoffs.
