Going back a few months now, Optimising were lucky enough to be invited back to speak at the [Victorian Small Business Festival](http://www.business.vic.gov.au/events-workshops-and-mentoring/victorias-small-business-festival).
The festival is a chance for small business owners to learn more about many aspects of running their business in an open environment, for free!

The Optimising team gave two presentations at this years festival:
This session focused on the basics of SEO that a new online business would need to take care of.
This session focused on some of the more advanced link building tactics we use internally for our clients, and provided actionable techniques that attendees could implement in their own businesses.
For the 2nd year in a row, both sessions sold out very quickly, with 100’s of people on the waiting list - we’re sorry we couldn’t fit you all in!
