[1% for the Planet](https://www.onepercentfortheplanet.org/) are kicking off Climate Action Week in Sydney with their first 1% for the Planet Session in Australia. The evening aims to inspire environmental action and grow the global movement. 

Our Head of People, Culture & Sustainability at Optimising, Skye Baker, will be on the panel sharing a bit about the Optimising journey to becoming a member of 1% for the Planet, and how we have continued to lean into the movement.
