Twitter Lists are the latest buzz round the twitter-sphere today. But what are they? Will they be of any use? Is it just another ploy for Twitter to take up more of our productive time? Twitter lists allow you to group users together in a 'list' that you follow, and lets you share them with other users to follow.
Twitter Lists: Sharing friends just got easier![/caption] Setting one up is really simple. Just click on the 'Create a New List' button on the Twitter sidebar. Create a name for your list, set as public or private, then select the friends you would like to group together in the list. Create lists on interests, countries, type of tweeple, whatever you like, and share your friends with others with similar interests.
See a list of people you would like to follow, with Twitter lists, just follow the whole list at once with one click. Twitter lists are not going to revolutionize Twitter, but they sure will make discovery of people with similar interests quicker and easier.
