As per our article a few days back, Facebook has started rolling out Promoted Posts for Brand Pages. This is a new feature which allows businesses to pay for posts to be more visible on users news feeds.

Facebook recently shared a statistic that a Brand Page's content is only seen by 16% of their actual fans, and this new tool, helps Brand Page owners grow this number. Brand Page owners now have three options, $5, $10, $15, or $20 to get more people to see their posts.

Facebook users will see promoted posts label with the words 'Sponsored' in the news feed, even if they already like the page. Optimising have been having a play with this new feature on our own Facebook Page today, we'll be sure to update this post when we have some more data.
